Realized to speed up drying of paints applied on mouldings, picture frames, and linear profiles using hot air. Pieces do not come in contact with mechanical parts, preserving the perfection of the surface finishing. During their translation, workpieces are blown by counter-current hot air flow that speeds up the paint drying. Electro-welded steel structure. In-feed roller conveyor with adjustable speed. Incoming pieces detecting and positioning system through an electronic optical bar. Reading range of at least 80 mm. N°6 quick belt arms, hinged on bearings to obtain an ascendant and descendant movement.

Makor Spray Machine – FPC WB

This machine allows the automatic spraying in line of water-based primers and paints on moldings, picture frames, architectural moldings, matchboards, door and window components, and also on very short pieces.

Structure realized in stainless steel sheet and tubulars
Feed made by a continuous very wide belt (400mm) of a special anti-solvent material

Turn Over Unit to flip parts by 180° to process parts on both sides. The turn system is driven by a servo motor. This can be realized inline or in a cross transfer integrated.
