The Advantage rip feed platform is a flexible solution for increasing ripsaw throughput and minimizing board waste, all at a competitive price-to-performance value.

Common to all models, the advanced nDepth 3D Scanning System captures high-resolution images that contain measurement and shape information of each board that passes through the system. Unlike traditional optimizers, the onboard AI system can be easily trained by the end user to recognize process-specific defects. The AI Optimizer then reconfigures the solution to fit the user’s current production needs, maximizing yield percentage on a board-by-board basis.

The Lateral Chain Feeder Model MFE-150 is designed for continuous feed up to 300 feet per minute of fixed or random length pieces into a moulder. On the feed table, boards are automatically placed along the feed line by perpendicular strands of chains.  A pneumatic system lowers chain carriage between each feed cycle, thus preventing unnecessary friction between the piece being fed and the reserve material.  Boards are automatically driven in sequence by a combination of two powered wheels located under the material and two top pressurized wheels.

The Panel Sequencer Model ESB increases the productivity of Edgebanders, Shapers-Sanders, Tenoners, etc. right from the start.
